Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and videos
- Conduct role-playing exercises to help employees practice their skills
- Observe employees’ calls to identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for training new and existing call Centre employees on the company’s products, services, and procedures
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Provide feedback to employees on their performance
Job Requirements
- Ability to manage a group of people
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to new hire onboarding platform such as Workable, BambooHR, ThriveMap, Onboardly
- The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a group of people
