JOB SUMMARY:

Customer Success Associate (CSA) acts as the support system for the Customer Success Executives (CSE) who are the primary customer contact for Nuance products and services.  CSA is responsible for managing day-to-day CSE requests spanning from creating customer dashboards and reports to quarterly business review presentations.  CSA will also partner with other internal teams to get the required information for the CSE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day reporting needs.
  • Support ad hoc client requests spanning from invoice queries to technical issues.
  • Work on quarterly business review presentations.
  • Work with other internal teams to gather information required to complete the tasks.
  • Act as the backup for CSE and support the client in their absence.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Finance/Sales/Marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation (soft) skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Advanced Excel, PPT, PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical skills to review complex data and understand the trends.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage complex tasks, work with other teams.
