Job Responsibilities
- Generate regular reports on CRM and Emarsys performance
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Continuously optimize and refine automation processes
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the email marketing efforts, including planning, designing, executing, and analyzing email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Implement automation workflows using Emarsys to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing CRM strategies that resulted in increased customer engagement and transaction
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
