Job Responsibilities
- You need to recruit, track, coordinate and interview candidates, till onboarding.
- Scheduling and briefing the candidates about the profile.
- Sourcing profiles according to the business needs
- Drive the entire recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage stakeholders when asked to.
- Able to capture and update the data on MIS.
- Must be a go-getter and individual contributor.
- Should possess a learning attitude.
- Other HR activities.
