Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate details to candidates and interviewers
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to track recruitment performance
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
