Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate details to candidates and interviewers
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
  • Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to track recruitment performance
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
