Job Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical assessments to evaluate planning performance, forecast accuracy, service levels, capacity utilization, and inventory health.
  • Support configuration of planning applications (e.g., o9, Kinaxis), including master data setup, planning logic, and scenario modeling.
  • Assist in building and maintaining integration test cases to validate data flows between ERP, data lake, and APS systems.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables, including analytical reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Participate in internal capability-building initiatives, such as developing accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership on integrated planning and analytics

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python).
  • Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets, performing cleaning, transformation, and validation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
