Job Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with program managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs.
- Extract, clean, and organize data from databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and related platforms.
- Document data processes and ensure high standards of data quality and consistency.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and support special projects as needed.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving training content and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with overall 3+ years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus.
