As an IT professional, the Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administration of our Source to Pay platform, including performing configuration changes and change management, release management and testing, application monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues.

Job Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming business incidents and requests in a timely manner, including escalation when necessary
- Coordinate and monitor all administrative functions for it’s back-office systems, including the monitoring and coordinating of functional administrators
- Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions
- Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team members
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- At Least 3 years ERP/Finance production support experience with NetSuite
- Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
