Job Responsibilities
- Assure customer needs are met and benefits are recognized by the business.
- Support a variety of improvement projects and may be called on to steer projects as needed.
- Maintain the geodetic integrity of the geospatial data managed by SSW.
- Maintain the global integrity and accountability for SSW data maintenance and assurance processes, controls, performance measures (especially FOD Metrics) and compliance.
- Participate in Geomatics network and share key achievements and challenges.
- Ensure Data Management activities meet Group Data Quality Standards compliance as they relate to operations.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of spatial data acquisition techniques.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results.
- Knowledge of geodesy especially coordinate reference systems and transformation.
- Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to challenge and ability to build internal and external relationships based on trust and to integrate across multiple functions.
- Ability to analyze large data and create meaningful insights.
