Within this role you will need to be forward thinking, working cross-functionally with various departments to process orders from customers and assist customers with any post-purchase billing questions.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing emails and requests from all areas of the business meeting the SLA on response time while providing support and liaising with different departments to provide appropriate response
- Communicate with customers and internal sales representatives to action issues and queries regarding salesforce/quoting and license keys
- Using Salesforce to review submitted quotes and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to order processing guidelines
- Work cross-functionally to identify problems, process gaps and assist in on-going process improvements
Job Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy with MS office required
- Independent problem solving and critical thinking is a Must
- Positive, solution-focused attitude
