Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools (performance dashboards) that allow stakeholders to analyze and make informed/actionable decisions
- Improve model performance and processes through new data infrastructure or analytical techniques
- Analyze and synthesize quantitative (sales and usage data) and qualitative data to develop compelling new business/pricing strategies
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on the packaging and presentation of products to influence customers willingness to pay, drive cross-selling synergies and increase revenue opportunities
Job Requirements
- Strong MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
- Take initiative, detail oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align market insights with business objectives and strategies
- Experience in Python/R/SQL, familiarity with other IT tools like Snowflake
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders
