The role is that of a subject matter expert to the hiring managers, validating, utilizing creative sourcing platforms and researching alternative sourcing channels to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and overall assuring that we hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for talent identification, sourcing/networking, skills assessment and should deliver a consistently positive candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate candidates possessing the right competencies and skills for their position and also ensure they are a culture-fit
- Be the primary contact with Candidates ensuring a strong Candidate experience throughout.
- Develop talent pipelines via various sourcing channels (Social media and other alternative sources)
- Proactively identify and develop robust and thorough talent maps
- Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, to ensure candidate profiles align with position specifications
Job Requirements
- Strong ability to communicate with hiring managers/senior executives throughout the organization
- Hiring experience in the media industry
- Strong knowledge of firm recruitment policies, processes, and protocols
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, head-hunting is a must
