Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute MATLAB/Python scripts for data analysis and complaint investigations.
- Learn about Stryker’s JR and MET portfolios including Mako SmartRobotics, Triathlon Total Knee System, and Trident Hip System
- Deliver assigned projects while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Draft project reports, participate in surgical observations, and support risk mitigation activities.
- Define protocols for medical device data collection, maintenance, and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Exposure to medical devices, robotics, healthcare technologies, or regulated industries.
- Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with complaint handling, or data-driven investigations.
- Ability to interpret technical data, logs, and medical device reports.
- Knowledge of orthopedic products and surgical workflows.
