Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs
- Efficiently taking note of queries and requests
- Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues
- Efficiency to offer relevant and satisfactory solutions to the customers
- Candidates should be able to provide assistance to customers via email and calls
Job Requirements
- Should have excellent skills in email writing & verbal communication
- Should have knowledge about Ecommerce platform
- Prolific written communication skills to support customer with ease
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills
- Providing help to the customer’s issue via Email and calls
Additional Requirements
- Candidate should have personal laptop or desktop with internet connection.
- RAM- 8 GB
- Internet mode- WIFI / Broadband only
- Min. Internet Speed- 15-20 MBPS
- Processor- I5 or above
- Windows- 10 or above
