Job Responsibilities
- Attending and actively participating in squad meetings to collaboratively work towards achieving team objectives
- Utilizing data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refining strategies accordingly
- Collaborating closely with your manager to define AI strategy and implementation across all squads
- Proposing and implementing continuous improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Tracking the performance and output of delivered content and design pieces in collaboration with Content specialists
Job Requirements
- You have outstanding organizational skills and excellent English written and communication skills
- You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup
- You have a strategic mindset to contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies within the Marketing team
- You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and utilizing analytics for continuous improvement
- You have great time and project management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling
