Job Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with Unacademy’s educational products and services to effectively convey their benefits to potential customers
- Identify and target potential customers through various sources such as online research, outbound calls, and email outreach. – Create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance data
- Initiate conversations with leads and engage in consultative selling to understand their requirements and pain points
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the education or e-learning sector
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the education or e-learning sector
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
