Job Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching promotional flyers for events hosted at apartments, using event data from mobile app
- Choose appropriate imagery and distribute flyers to clients via email
- Create compelling special offers for local vendors, including titles and descriptions
- Utilize proprietary tool to input offers into a resident engagement mobile app
- Review and approve/reject user suggested resident groups in accordance with guidelines
- Craft event titles and descriptions for upcoming events
- Input event details into the mobile app using a proprietary tool
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with Canva for designing promotional materials
- Strong English language writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Experience with Hubspot for customer relationship management
- Marketing experience is advantageous
