Job Responsibilities
- Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Retrieve and gather information from various sources and input it into the database with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
- Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently into the company database following established procedures and guidelines
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and data entry best practices
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
Job Requirements
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of integrity and respect for data confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word)
