Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end recruitment journeys of candidates
- Posting job openings on various websites, platforms and forums
- Sourcing CVs basis the internal requirements across departments and across skill sets (Job portals, social media networking, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referrals, cold calling, internal job postings)
- Conducting first level screening of CVs basis the requirements conveyed by the hiring manager
- Handling the process of pre recruitment tests, assignments, reports and results
- Scheduling and arranging for interviews for the shortlisted candidates
- Answering to the queries of the candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Collating the feedback shared by the interview panel
- Communicate with the candidates regarding the final result (selection/rejection)
- Following up with the candidates to complete the onboarding process and formalities
- Handling the internal recruitment portal
