The successful applicant will be required to collaborate effectively with their colleagues in managing and continuously improving our processes to ensure consistently high levels of Customer Service and first-time resolution of queries for it’s customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all Customer Service enquiries are processed and completed in an appropriate manner, within the team’s 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Manage customer service improvement projects liaising with other parts of Pearson to ensure systematic improvement practices are put in place (where required)
- Working closely with the existing Pearson teams in India, UK, AU and China. The successful applicant will be fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English
- Maintain and update processes, policies and procedure documentation for internal stakeholders and customers Maintain and monitor service quality tracking/reporting tools designed to identify gaps, trends, or over achievement in service standards
- Providing feedback and training to Partners to ensure Partners have the right information to hand
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and familiarity of educational services is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrable experience working with cross functional and international teams
- Managed complex operations with efficiency and agility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
