Job Responsibilities
- Create entries in the internal database
- Verify the accuracy of data
- Accurately input data into various systems and databases
- Process tickets using Zendesk
- Update and maintain existing data records
Job Requirements
- Proficient in using Zendesk and other CRM tools
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- NBI Clearance is required upon hire
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
