Job Responsibilities
- Providing Estimation for features and functionalities requested by customer
- Act as Trusted Technical Advisor for customer & Internal stakeholders (PMs, Account/Sales teams)
- Mentoring development teams in implementing designed solution
- Closely working with customers Solution Architect to define and execute Digital Operations use cases and call flows supporting current and future business needs
- Design & architect customized device management solution
- Review & define Serviceability requirements in collaboration with Hosted and Product Architects
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of automated closed loop operations systems
- Experience Data streaming, data ingestions, machine learning and workflow automation
- Good working knowledge of CSP OSS/BSS systems and processes
- Ability to lead complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must for this role.
- Experience in architecting cloud native solutions
