Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and assisting with daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize advanced tools such as Power BI and Excel to generate reports, analyse trends, and present data-driven insights to assist in decision-making
- Conduct regular data validations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information
- Contribute to team success by maintaining a high standard of professional work, collaborating with colleagues across departments, and offering input to improve workflows and processes
- Analyse data to identify discrepancies and recommend/effect corrective actions where necessary
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy during entry and validation processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, contributing to a positive work environment and ensuring departmental success
- Strong ability to use advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization for analysis and reporting
