Job Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new knowledge and structures project work to facilitate the capture of Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
- AI/ML and analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness.
- Adaptable to Gen AI and relevant knowledge.
- Develop effective working relationships with local and global teams including business partners.
Job Requirements
- Ability to analyze large datasets (Big Data), data science modeling and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive modeling and business intelligence.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Data and analytics experience such as working with data science tools(Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning, Gen AI) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
