Job Summary
The Inbound Sales Manager is responsible to handle the sales for two out of these, Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound chats, calls across different Geos like NA, EMEA and APAC.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Products specialist to demonstrate and drive product led growth (Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly etc.)
- Maintain basic hygiene, floor discipline & agent productivity
- An Inbound Sales Manager is accountable to generate incremental revenue from the new & existing customers approaching us via IB channels(chat/phones)
- Uplevel the selling skills and knowledge on all the Adobe solutions via ongoing trainings, self- learning & on the job insights
- Deliver the quarterly target as assigned by the business and achieve growth on critical products like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly etc.
Job Requirements
- Proven quick learner, who can understand and be able to position Adobe products and new- age Solutions
- Should multitask and be comfortable switching between phone and chat to address multiple customer queries at the same time
- Should have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute for Chat
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach
