Job Responsibilities
- Prepare attendance & leaves data, share initial inputs with payroll team, reconcile the inputs on pay register
- Payroll inputs gathering and validation of inputs from various stakeholders and ensure the payouts are processed on time
- Collaborating with technology partner/payroll vendor for sharing requirement that would impact the process of payouts
- Support in filing statutory compliances, preparing journal entries, file TDS returns as per the defined schedule
- Ensuring no dues clearances are updated, coordinating all exit formalities in partnership with all stakeholder involved in the process
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential data professionally
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
- Knowledge of Payroll & Labour law compliances
