Job Responsibilities
- Being active daily in your groups responding promptly to community inquiries, comments, and concerns
- Partnering with local schools & education organizations to share Canva’s powerful suite of tools for educators
- Regularly collaborating with local cross-functional team to ensure we are on track with market goals
- Owning the growth & development of our community programs and online groups in India
- Creating periodic reports and keep track of KPIs to assess impact of community initiatives and opportunities for growth
- Participating and driving the community participation in local conferences and events
Job Requirements
- You have a proven track record of growing and engaging a successful community
- You are a creative thinker with hands-on experience creating content for brands with video editing skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and driving alignment between your key stakeholders
- You have excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage complex and competing priorities
