Job Responsibilities
- Provide information, educate customer, troubleshoot, probe and fix issues
- Creating medium/complex design concepts for presentations/print/web/Rich media for the client/customer
- Follow up on Waiting/Open issues, feedback and coaching
- They would be required to interact with customers (internal / external) to meet process deliverables
- Conduct Quality audits and review of teams’ performance
- Collate team performance data for reporting purposes as and when requested by Process and Team Lead
- Participate and contribute to organizational activities
- Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
Job Requirements
- Develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with designated clients
- Good English speaking skills
- Good communication skills both in written and speaking
- Prepare and maintain program schedule
- Strong product familiarity with google
