Job Responsibilities
- Analyze conversational data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can enhance the understanding of customer behavior and drive actionable outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive data labs reports, summarizing key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients
- Utilize strong analytical skills to explore conversational data, extract meaningful insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve our client’s business goals
- Perform correlation analysis on call behavior data to identify factors that positively or negatively impact the business. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategies for improvement
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
