Job Summary
DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking for a Remote Scheduler (India) to join our team on a freelance basis. Company is only looking for candidates with fluency in English. This work is expected to last up to 2 months.
With the guidance of their direct supervisor, Schedulers are ultimately responsible for assisting participants with the quality of work related to a large group of content creators/annotators.

Job Responsibilities
- Answer candidates’ questions
- Validate candidates via phone calls according to project requirements
- Schedule candidates for a session time
- Provide logistic information
- Fill session schedule days in advance
- Check candidates’ availability for the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelors preferred or a combination of relevant work experience and education
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Idiomatic fluency in English
- Quality and detail-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
