Job Responsibilities
- Review system generated alerts to identify suspicious trends and activity by monitoring transactions through various client systems/application
- Conduct research about customer and its related parties using LexisNexis, World Check, third party databases and publicly available sources
- Providing extensive range of accounting and reporting services in addition to enhancing the overall value that financial services deliver to the business
- Review and analyze key elements of customer’s record, validate against regulatory documents submitted by the customer, record findings and highlight issues
- Driving operational efficiencies in the financial close and reporting process through providing efficient, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions aligned with accounting and financial reporting requirements
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial management concepts, strong computer knowledge, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility regarding working in shifts for client service projects
- Additional qualifications/certifications on Internal Controls, GRC, AML, KYC will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking/problem-solving skills. Business mindset to understand the rationale behind the transactions and ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or equivalent with no active backlog(s)/arrears
