- Help people buy insurance
- Call monitoring and provide actionable insight to improve current processes
- Develop customer support quality standards
- Explain health and life insurance in a language users understand
- Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes
- Curate and offer personalized recommendations
- Provide feedback on the quality of advisor’s recommendation
