Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback on aspects of customer interactions to the Customer Service Leadership team
  • Receive and input customer orders through our ecommerce channel
  • Continually build your fundamental knowledge of the retail services and product categories offered at Eastern Mountain Sports
  • Execute department processes and procedures while meeting productivity goals
  • Possess and continually improve your product knowledge, allowing you to provide customers with an authentic outfitting experience

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
  • Excellent self-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Enjoys the challenge of negotiating obstacles and solving problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle a large volume of data
