Job Responsibilities
- Designs dashboards and analysis to be performed, and determines the appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use
- Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive data
- Promote data-driven decision making across the organization
- Understands and articulates business case for analysis including business question to address and the estimated value to be delivered
- Present actionable information and reports to senior leadership
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to clearly present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into easy to understand results
- Understanding of SQL, database structures, and related statistical software
