Job Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Marketing Managers with daily administrative tasks
- Work with partner operations to support partner campaign tagging
- Work with legal to get contracts reviewed, approved and signed
- Email invite/follow-up process
- Build and manage monthly newsletters for regional and partner marketing programmes
- Follow-up on payments and MDF reimbursements to hit correct quarter
- Implement multi-channel promotional plans (email, social)
- Submitting operation tickets
Job Requirements
- Dedicated and used to working across different timezone and cultures
- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo and Google Analytics, Splash and other marketing tools
- Fast learner and attention to detail
- Full of positive energy but at the same time humble and ambitious
- Data-driven and analytical approach
