Job Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and customer interactions.
- Generate reports as requested by management
- Resolve all queries ensuring customer satisfaction and the earliest possible payment
- Reach out via phone, email, or written correspondence to address payment discrepancies and resolve outstanding balances
- Assist with additional revenue-related tasks as needed
- Perform account reconciliation as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English; comfortable interacting at all levels and with all internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Willing to contribute ideas and work with an international team
- Able to work independently, creatively, and conscientiously
