Job Responsibilities
- Assist travellers with travel visa questions and needs in collaboration with Gartner’s preferred visa supplier
- Drive and support continuous improvement by supporting management initiatives
- Management of the team shared email box, including answering questions, from associates worldwide and suppliers on Gartner processes
- Provide support and education to associates for general travel program and T&E process inquiries
- Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn new tools quicky
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
