- Lead and execute the end-to-end hiring process for specific business units, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Provide hiring recommendations by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches
Job Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong project management and negotiation abilities to meet hiring goals efficiently
- Prior experience in volume hiring within customer services & customer support ecosystem
- Proficient stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process
