Job Responsibilities
- Analyse price change requests from the sales team by evaluating contribution and price impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
- Own performance of assigned markets/segment in terms of revenue, contribution and price performance across product groups
- Capture pricing intelligence about the competition and potential competitive pricing actions
- Drive pricing analysis by market to understand pricing dynamics price effectiveness, competitors’ movements, price increases, customer and industry trends
- Take pricing actions to enhance profitability and closing deals
- Identify potential quick wins, revenue and margin optimization opportunities
Job Requirements
- Strong system and data analytics tools and acumen to make informed decisions
- An educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Business
- Superuser in MS Office and especially Excel. Experience in python, SQL and experimentation techniques an advantage
- Strong financial focus and skill to drive profitable choices
- Ability to structure, analyse and communicate findings of a large amount of data in a timely manner
