Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- MIS and Dashboarding on the employee engagement and employee delight initiatives on a weekly basis with HRBPs (ED weekly update)
- Operationalizing and front-ending employee delight initiatives
- Employee engagement (through Recognition, Gratitude Policy, Happy Hours and Org level engagement events ) and Employee Delight (Moments policy)
- Managing ED budget, End to end Vendor management and invoicing
- Getting hands-on exposure to engagement-related design interventions and HR analytics
- Meedelight Admin (Recognition tool) maintenance and future enhancement
- Additional learning opportunities the role offers would include solving Informal connect & hybrid model employee engagement.
Job Requirements
- Ability to pay attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- 2-4 years in similar roles in tech, shared services and start-up industry
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to create a high energy and interactive environment
