Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational pricing support for the complex pricing requests as defined by the business
- System Enhancement Testing, Process documentation and Validation
- Day-to-day setup and management of pricing, on multiple company platforms, i.e. Agile, Salesforce, Oracle, CPQ
- Document global pricing process, maintain desk procedures and workflows
- Execute ERP pricing, promotions, and OTC maintenance and development
- Daily monitoring, implementation and troubleshooting of pricing queue requests
Job Requirements
- Comfortable driving change with a service-oriented perspective
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish priorities and follow through on deliverables
- Problem Identification, Research and Resolution Skills
- Must possess excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork
- Able to work in Global Environment, including off hour time zone calls/support
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Ability to construct succinct and efficient executive level communication
