Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Identify discrepancies in information and request further information from authorized members in case of incomplete documents/information
- Capturing incoming daily data to be moved into a database in a timely manner
- Confidentiality as handling internal data
- Ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered
- Respond to information queries from authorized member
Job Requirements
- Good command of English language, written and spoken
- Ability to collaborate with others/ be a teamplayer
- University graduate or equivalent/ under graduate
- Critical/analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the shipping industry is preferred but not a prerequisite
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Excel)
