Job Responsibilities
- Control concurrent projects and resources that vary in scale and complexity to meet changing objectives
- Establish and manage a robust defect tracking and management process to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers both internal and external to the Group
- Lead and mentor more junior staff members providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Job Requirements
- Able to articulate knowledge of testing within Investment Banking i.e. Middle Office/Fund Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution
- Strong desire to learn new test techniques away from the norm, presenting ideas for consideration
- Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements
- Able to demonstrate capability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (Clients and internally) and a globally dispersed team
