Job Responsibilities
- Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
- Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the
offering - Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio`s Recharges
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
