Job Summary
This position are to provide support to the team as needed in order to ensure projects launch smoothly, to address administrative issues that arise during live projects, and to assist with the various hand-offs between Managed Review and Human Resources. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day functions of the Managed Review department.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to ensure timely job board postings for all locations as needed
- Ensure documentation required by our Human Resources team are accurately and properly executed meeting all agreed upon deadlines
- Provide support to the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure smooth launches with the overall goal of creating a positive experience for our clients and our employees
- Assist recruiters with conducting availability checks to our veteran candidate population for upcoming projects
