Job Responsibilities
- Assist in a technical test role to help drive Quality and to build, implement and execute tests, automation improvements and reporting for our regression release cycle
- Work closely with software developers on the team on assigned projects to assist in implementation tasks
- Be an integral part of the Agile SAFe discover and elaboration sessions
- Successfully deliver as part of a team on major projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications
- Help make Quality an integral part of the development process
- Assist senior team members in expanding test automation framework and test coverage
Job Requirements
- Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team
- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and can function under pressure in an independent environment
- Possesses strong communication skills, strong relationship, collaborative skills, and organizational skills
