Job Responsibilities
- Working on new initiatives and features like Mall, Gold and Trends to drive user adoption and drive value to business
- Stay on top of relevant metrics to ensure constant improvement and quality check for better results
- Liaise with various stakeholders within the organization to optimize for the platform
- Create and track monthly execution plans for in-app communication and PNs
- Understanding the consumer profile, their usage behavior and needs to craft the most compelling branding of initiatives on app
- Collaborate with a team of creative and content writers to create compelling in-app communication, keeping in mind the customer journey on the app
Job Requirements
- Strong conceptual, presentation, storytelling skills, with an attention to detail
- Experience in problem-solving using qualitative and quantitative data on consumer insights
- Deep understanding of business and customers
- Skilled at understanding effective headlines/ taglines for banners
- Ability to develop first-principle thinking
- Work independently to solve complex problems
- Good understanding of e-commerce best practices
