Job Responsibilities
- Organize and categorize data according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Learn and proficiently utilize the software systems necessary for efficient data entry and management and maintain data privacy and security protocols to protect patient information.
- Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in our database.
Job Requirements
- Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication
- Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps
- Minimum RAM 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.
- Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus
- Updated antivirus software to ensure data security
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and categorize data effectively
