Job Responsibilities
- Validate and process copyright notices and communicate with users about the status of their inquiries in a timely manner
- Respond to internal escalations and questions from other teams in Slack or email
- Identify and implement potential improvements to workflows and internal tools
- Review and decision user appeals, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy
- Understand and follow escalation protocols, communicating openly with stakeholders
- Assist in reviewing our documentation (Internal Knowledge Base, Help Center articles, and macros) and suggest changes to improve content
Job Requirements
- Sound judgment and analytical abilities
- Should be comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts and attending late/early meetings with global collaborators
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior user-generated content moderation experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to comply with standard processes and procedures
