Roles And Responsibilities
- Ability to collect, organize and display data in spread sheet.
- Some amount of understanding of sales and commission payout.
- Work with Sales operations team to assist data preparation.
- Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal sources to have data errors/omissions corrected.
- Manage Data Analysis including but not limited to work assignment, reporting.
- Improve the process to increase accuracy of data and efficiency of the team.
- Understand and analyze territory and customer data in local and global system.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
- Focused, self-motivated and results oriented, able to work without constant supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to work to very tight deadlines required.
- Experience in Operations, ideally in a sales environment/Finance based org is an added advantage.
- Proactive nature with an ability to show initiative.
